Mr. Whitmer has performed hundreds of evaluations and testimony in civil venues that cover personal injury, workers compensation, employment law, social security, catastrophic injury and death cases, and marriage dissolution cases to name a few.

Scott is the current President of the American Board of Vocational Experts from April, 2017 to April, 2019.

ABVE is a nationally recognized forensic organization with membership of approximately 500 members as well as a credentialing body for Forensic Experts who testify in many court venues and qualified to provide psychometric assessment and evaluation.
